SEMIFINALS – 50th Stulberg International String Competition

The Stulberg Competition Semifinals is the first live round of the 50th Annual Stulberg International String Competition. Twelve semifinalists were selected from a pool of 230+ applicants from around the world to compete at the semifinals and finals rounds. More information about this year’s semifinalists will be available on the home page and “2025 Semifinalists” page.
For this round, the semifinalists from will perform some of the most challenging music written for solo string instrument (violin, viola, cello, bass) and piano accompaniment. In addition, they will perform an 8-minute passage of a concerto commissioned specially for the 50th Anniversary of the Stulberg International String Competition.
